How can BudgetCalls charge so little? The difference is really huge!
BudgetCalls purchases calling capacity in large quantities. And we are pleased to pass on the discounts we get to our customers so everyone can place cheap international calls. It makes a BIG difference!
Do I have to sign up with BudgetCalls to start saving on my calls?
No, all you do is enter the number for the country you want to call.
How do I pay for my calls? Do I receive a bill sent to my home address?
No, all you do is pay your normal telephone bill.
About the rate per minute: will I get charged extra for the BudgetCalls number?
Since the 1st of July 2015 your provider charges an additional access charge as well. Find more information on www.ukcalling.info.
I have a Virgin Media, TalkTalk, Sky, O2, Orange, Primus, etc. subscription. Can I make cheap calls using BudgetCalls?
Yes, you can use BudgetCalls no matter what kind of subscription you have.
Do I pay per minute or per second?
Our computerised system accurately calculates the rates per second. So you never pay too much!
Do I pay a Call Connection fee?
No, you only pay our rate per minute + the access charge of your phone provider.
Can I use BudgetCalls from a mobile phone?
BudgetCalls can be used from any fixed or mobile phone. Please note if you make a call from a mobile phone your telecom provider will add a surcharge. Please contact your telecom provider to confirm their rates.
Can I use BudgetCalls to place calls inside UK?
Yes, even in the UK is the different really huge. Compare our rates to your regular provider.
